European Society of Biomechanics
Founded in 1976, the European Society of Biomechanics is now the largest Biomechanics society in Europe with over 500 members. The primary goal of the ESB is to encourage, promote and develop research leading to progress and information exchange concerning the science of Biomechanics.
German Society for Biomechanics (DGfB)
Deutsche Gesellschaft für Biomechanik e.V. is a German language web site.
The German Society for Biomechanics was created 1997 in Ulm. The DGfB's goal is the advancement and promotion of the science of the biomechanics to the furthest extent. Specifically in its central meaning encompassing the entirity of biology, medicine, veterinary medicine and sport.
Société de Biomécanique (French)
Web site is in French but does have some English language content.
The Society of Biomechanics was founded in 1975 to encourage and promote research, including close co-operation between researchers and also to promote the diffusion of knowledge and to support the development of this science particularly between French speaking nations (Belgium, Canada, France, Switzerland …).
